Refund and Shipping Policy
Raising Wild accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date
To be eligible for a return, all suits must be:
- tags and hygiene strip still attached and looking good as new
- bought directly from Raisingwildswim.com
Please send all returns with original packing slip and reason for return to:

Provo, UT 84604.
Raising Wild Swim reserves the right to deny refund if suit does not meet policy requirements. If you have any questions/concerns please email email@example.com
Please allow 2-3 days for returns to be processed. Once the return is approved we will refund the amount paid to the original credit card. We do not refund any shipping charges.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only accept any “final sale” items for store credit.
All sunglasses are final sale.
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
We ship orders via USPS. We work very hard to fulfill order within 24 hrs of receiving them but please allow for 2-3 day for processing (unless you purchased your item on backorder). Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business day with standard first class shipping. If you have any questions please email email@example.com
Lost packages: If your tracking information is reported a successful delivery but you have not received it please contact USPS 1-800-222-1811. Please understand that we can’t take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order.
International Shipping: Any orders shipped internationally are subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These “import fees” are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will be their obligation to pay at time of delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
