FAQ

  • Hand wash and hang dry. Be sure to rinse your RWS after each use. Chlorine and salt water is hard on any swim suit.
  • Do not iron.
  • We highly recommend not using any type of spray sunscreen while wearing your RWS. It has a negative effect on the fabrics.

We ship orders via USPS. We work very hard to fulfill order within 24 hrs of receiving them but please allow for 2-3 day for processing (unless you purchased your item on backorder). Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business day with standard first class shipping. If you have any questions please email support@raisingwildswim.com

Lost packages: If your tracking information as reported a successful delivery but you have not received it please contact USPS 1-800-222-1811. Please understand that we can’t take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order.

International Shipping: Any orders shipped internationally are subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These “import fees” are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will be their obligation to pay at time of delivery.

Raising Wild accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date and that meet our 3 simple requirements.  All suits must be:

  • unwashed

  • tags and hygiene strip still attached

  • bought directly from Raisingwildswm.com

Raising Wild Swim reserves the right to deny refund if suit does not meet policy requirements.

Please allow 2-3 days for returns to be processes. Once the return is approved we will refund the amount paid to the original credit card. We do not refund any shipping charges.  We do not accept any “final sale” items for a return.

Raising Wild is happy to offer exchanges if we have the desired suit in stock. Our inventory moves very quickly and chances are, once we process your exchange, the suit you want will be sold out! So, if you see the suit you want in stock, we suggest purchasing the new one and then returning the one you don't want. All exchanges must follow the same requirements as a return which are:

  • tags and hygiene strip still attached

  • bought directly from Raisingwild.com

We do not exchange any final sale items.
We work really hard to ensure the best quality of craftsmanship in RWS swimsuits. Every once in a while something sneaks through. Please contact us if you received a defected swimsuit.  Send it back unwashed and unworn. We are happy to offer a full refund of the amount paid once the suit is inspected and found to be defective. (Please note that poor care of delicate fabric does not constitute a product defect)
